Notably, Leonardo Forni pizza ovens are chosen by the Vietnamese branch of Accademia Pizzaioli Vietnam, a professional pizza training academy with globally recognized pizzaiolo certification, as the training equipment for authentic Italian pizza according to European standards.

DAVIDE MARAZZI

Over 20 years in the Italian construction industry. A lifelong love for pizza. And a decision, in 2020, to start fresh in Vietnam.

Davide co-founded Red&Round* — a contemporary Italian restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City where pizza was the star. He wrote the recipes, developed the dough, created the toppings, and often worked the oven himself. That experience gave him something no textbook can: a deep, practical understanding of what a great pizza oven truly needs to do.

Trained as an architect, Uyen-Minh has the eye and the expertise to turn a concept into a beautifully engineered reality.

She leads the design development at Leonardo Forni — shaping both the technical specifications and the visual identity of every oven. The result: a product that performs at the highest level and looks like nothing else on the market.
