Compared to similar products on the market, which are monolithic ovens, models of the same size are still 300-400kg lighter. For example, the Napoli 90 oven (for baking 3 x 30cm cakes) weighs around 850kg when completed, while a similar monolithic brick oven on the market weighs about 1.1 tons.

Bicosto Sorento Grilling Stone

Imported directly from Italy, the Biscotto di Sorrento baking mat is made from a clay mixture containing various minerals such as pumice, silicon, and a porous structure. This baking mat ensures that pizzas are always perfectly cooked – neither burnt nor undercooked, but just right.

200 different color palettes

With a cement exterior painted in up to 220 RAL color options, customers can design the pizza oven to match the space and brand colors. This will be a highlight in the restaurant’s design.
